INTO Queen’s University Belfast Foundation Program
INTO Queen’s University Belfast is a partnership with Queen’s University which offers academic courses and English language programmes designed specifically for international students. The International Foundation programme at INTO Queen’s is a one year pre-university course designed to bridge the gap for international students between secondary school and undergraduate studies at Queen’s University, Belfast and many other British Universities.
Why Queen’s University Belfast?
Dating back to 1845, Queen’s University Belfast is the ninth oldest university in the UK with a heritage dating back over 150 years. Based in Belfast, Northern Ireland’s capital city, it’s the second safest city in the world (United Nations) and has the lowest cost of living in the UK (British Council).
Queen’s University is a Russell Group University, one of the UK’s 24 leading research intensive institutions. We are ranked in the UK top 20 in 17 subject areas (Times Good University Guide 2012).
Enterprise and entrepreneurial skills are embedded throughout the curriculum which culminated in Queen’s winning the prestigious title of ‘Entrepreneurial University of the Year’ at the Times Higher Education Awards in 2009.
